We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and construction, with the ability to work on various projects, including residential and commercial installations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout of plumbing systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools for pipe installation, threading, and repairs. Perform welding tasks as needed for specific plumbing applications. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure timely project completion. Engage in heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment. Assist in remodeling projects by installing new fixtures and updating existing systems. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing principles. Familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred but not mandatory. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is essential. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to installations. Previous experience on construction sites is highly desirable. Maintenance Person experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in various trades such as carpentry and assembly.
