We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction plumbing and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Perform pipe threading, assembly, and heavy lifting as required for various projects. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing systems. Familiarity with welding techniques and HVAC systems is a plus. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material requirements. Experience in construction site environments is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. A valid commercial driver's license is advantageous but not mandatory.
