The Lead Product Manager will work with engineers and Client User Experience and Design teams to re-architect and re-platform our adjudication application. You will partner with engineers, architects, business owners and product management colleagues to bring ideas from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate has healthcare experience and a passion for helping clients achieve lifetime financial security and healthier lives. How you will contribute Solicit and gather information to categorize and prioritize user stories for the re-platforming and modernization of adjudication systems.

Bridge between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clarity, alignment and successful implementation of the product vision.

Partner with CIOs/CTOs to align IT product strategy with organizational needs.

Drive IT solutions through change management and training programs.

Represent the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback, market research, competitor analysis and user testing.

Demonstrate core product concepts such as strategic thinking, delivery, agile planning and design thinking.

Lead a team of engineers through backlog refinement, planning and estimation, balancing customer needs with engineering capacity.

Be adaptive; may lead and mentor other product managers or work directly with a Scrum team as Product Owner managing the backlog.

Advocate for the product by making tough decisions, prioritizing tasks, and guiding the team toward product goals.

Maintain a prioritized backlog that supports company goals.

Author feature briefs and user stories, conduct acceptance testing, and create release notes and wiki-based documentation.

Work independently applying leading product management skills and tools to deliverables.

Collaborate with support teams to triage and assess production issues and assist in resolution.

Be data-driven; contribute to KPI and product metric definitions supporting OKRs.

Be flexible to master new topic areas quickly and work as a team player with a strong work ethic.

What you will bring with you Five or more years of experience as a product manager, product owner or similar role in software development.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business management or a technical field is preferred.

Experience in product backlog management using Agile methodologies.

Deep understanding of healthcare claims adjudication systems and workflows (claims intake, pre-adjudication, adjudication rule engine, EOB, EDI).

Experience aligning product roadmaps with business strategy, setting long-term goals and prioritizing features based on value.

Experience re-platforming enterprise applications to different platforms or cloud; knowledge of modern IT architecture and APIs.

Experience in HealthTech and digital transformation initiatives.

Product manager certification or equivalent experience (prefer CSPO or PSPO).

Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and creating product documentation (Confluence).

Collaborative, influential, and able to engage team members to achieve objectives.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment; strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.

Benefits/HR tech or insurance experience is a plus.

Salary : $97,900 - 146,900. The salary range is nationwide and pay is equitable. Actual base salary determined by skills, experience, education, and location. Eligible for discretionary annual incentive based on performance and business results. Additional information
