We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance for our clients. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot system malfunctions. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs. Collaborate with construction teams on new installations and upgrades to existing systems. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of mechanical maintenance or property management. Strong understanding of HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, refrigeration processes, and appliance repair techniques. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. Experience in field service roles that require troubleshooting and repairing various types of equipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
