We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for three and four-year-olds, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans that promote early literacy, math skills, and physical education while ensuring the well-being of each child in the classroom. Duties Implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment. Provide individualized attention to children, including those with special needs or requiring early intervention. Foster strong communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration. Conduct assessments to monitor children's development and prepare them for standardized testing when appropriate. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students. Experience Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential. Background in early childhood education or related field preferred. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management is highly valued. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques is required. Previous experience in tutoring or teaching education can enhance the learning experience offered to students.
