$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Senior Human Resources Generalist Solid benefits package Join a high-growth, international organization with clear opportunity to shape HR at the site. Hands-on HR leader needed to own HR at a busy manufacturing HQ. This is a fully onsite,role managing both office and production teams (?300 employees at site; ~200 in production). Great fit for someone who thrives on employee relations, building process from the ground up, and partnering directly with operations. Why this role matters Youll own HR for the Faribault site heavy employee relations, hourly + salary recruiting, training program development, and site culture. The org has doubled in size recently, is growing internationally, and operates with a casual, get-it-done vibe. This is a true owner/operator role: ambiguity welcome, independence required. What youll do Lead employee relations for office and production (investigations, coaching, disciplinary actions). Partner with supervisors to design and deliver training programs and onboarding. Own recruiting for hourly and salaried roles (sourcing, screening, offer process) in partnership with Matt. Plan monthly employee engagement events (e.g., site lunches). Maintain accurate employee records and support HR processes (benefits/payroll handled by others youll need working knowledge). Help build HR structure and processes where none exist recommend and implement improvements. What were looking for 5+ years HR experience preferred; strong manufacturing/operations HR background required. Proven heavy employee relations experience. Comfortable working independently in ambiguous situations .
