About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our Customer Analytics team as a
Senior Insights Analyst . In this role, you will leverage data to uncover customer insights, drive business decisions, and support cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience, retention, and lifetime value. What You’ll Do
Business Insights & Analysis:
Conduct deep dives into customer behavior, business performance, and market trends to uncover insights and recommend actions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain a backlog of impactful Customer Experience enhancing initiatives, categorizing and prioritizing as needed.
Data-Driven Storytelling
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for senior stakeholders in CX. Deliver high-impact analyses that support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and executive decision-making. Build models to project business outcomes, evaluate scenarios, and support strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with teams across the organization to understand business needs, define KPIs, design experiments, and support strategic initiatives with data. Support junior analysts through mentoring and training.
Data Infrastructure & Quality
Assess data availability and limitations based on enterprise data elements. Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for analysis.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field). 4+ years of experience in a
Business Analyst
or similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Experience with additional analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS) is a plus. Strong business acumen with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders through data storytelling. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present to diverse stakeholders, including executives. Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences. Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and passion to continually up-level current approaches and processes. Comfortable turning ambiguous questions into structured analyses with clear, actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing, statistical modeling, and customer segmentation techniques. Self-starter mindset with an ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously while independently driving progress against goals. A natural collaborator who thrives on building internal and external relationships. Positive attitude with high aptitude to learn new things quickly. Team player that’s eager to further develop and grow with us. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a B2B SaaS business and/or Fintech. Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer data platforms (CDPs). Knowledge of cloud-based data environments (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery).
