Apex Systems is seeking an IAM Governance Analyst for a financial services client. This role is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and operations of identity and access controls and procedures for managing user access, roles, groups, permissions, access reviews and attestations, application onboarding, and privileged access management in alignment with industry requirements, Information Security policies and standards. Qualifications
3+ years in IAM roles, preferably in financial services 2+ years experience with access reviews and SailPoint Familiarity with SOX, FFIEC, ISO 27001/2, FISMA, or NIST Knowledge of IGA, SSO, MFA, PAM, and tools like Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, AWS IAM Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) Associate degree required, Bachelor’s preferred in relevant fields Preferred certifications: CISM, CISA, or similar Key Responsibilities
Execute and validate periodic User Access Reviews (UAR), RBAC, and Groups/Permissions reviews Conduct SOX lookback assessments and manage access reviews using SailPoint Administer user/system accounts, roles, and entitlements Respond to audit requests and track remediation Design and maintain IAM access review processes Collaborate with Compliance, Audit, Risk, and business units to ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, FFIEC, GLBA, PCI-DSS) Define and document new roles and permissions with system/application owners EEO Statement
