Experienced Sales Business Development Representative (BDC Representative)
to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, text, and email
Set, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments
Build strong relationships with customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Accurately log all interactions and updates in our CRM system
Collaborate with sales and service teams to maximize conversion opportunities
Qualifications: Prior BDC or call center experience required (automotive experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality interactions
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to exceed goals
