Are you a motivated professional with proven experience in a high-volume call center? Advantage Dealer Group is seeking an

Experienced Call Center Representative

(Business Development Representative) to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for candidates who excel at customer communication, lead management, and

overcoming objections

in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, text, and email

Set, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments

Build strong customer relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Log all interactions and updates accurately in our CRM system

Partner with sales and service teams to maximize conversion opportunities

Qualifications:

Prior

call center

or BDC experience required (automotive industry experience a plus)

Strong skills in

overcoming objections

and closing on appointment commitments

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to manage high call volumes with a

minimum of 125 outbound calls per day Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality interactions

Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven

Positive, team-oriented attitude
