Experienced Call Center Representative
(Business Development Representative) to join our expanding team.
This role is ideal for candidates who excel at customer communication, lead management, and
overcoming objections
in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, text, and email
Set, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments
Build strong customer relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Log all interactions and updates accurately in our CRM system
Partner with sales and service teams to maximize conversion opportunities
Qualifications:
Prior
call center
or BDC experience required (automotive industry experience a plus)
Strong skills in
overcoming objections
and closing on appointment commitments
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage high call volumes with a
minimum of 125 outbound calls per day
Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality interactions
Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
Positive, team-oriented attitude
