We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join ourteam at our

Corporate office in Irvine .Reporting to the Director of Executive Services, the Receptionist is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks within the Executive department. Job Duties and Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Executive Services, the Receptionist is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. This is an entry-level, full-time role. This position will answering incoming telephone calls, and directs calls as appropriate, greet visitors and assist with administrative tasks. Essential day-to-day job responsibilities include: Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Answer and transfer all incoming calls received at corporate office. Check and sort mail daily. Maintain and order breakroom supplies as needed (i.e. coffee, tea, etc.) and monitor water supply delivery. Oversee and maintain conference room calendars and meeting room Responsible maintaining all storage areas with supplies and coordinate e-waste disposal. Order company business cards Create all new hire cubicle/office nameplates. Oversee Company's security cards General clerical and administrative duties. Prepare and mail all US/UPS/Fed Ex packages. Coordinate hotel billing arrangements for company travelers. Reconcile receipts and credit card charges each month for accounting department to process. Other duties assigned. Qualifications

Essential Experience, Education and Skillset

High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred Minimum one (1) year experience in a general office administration experience Key Success Factors Achieves and completes all tasks on time and with quality.
