We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet

Executive Assistant to the President

who will serve as a trusted partner in supporting the President's leadership of the college. This is more than a support role-it's an opportunity to help shape the college's success by managing high-level communications, strategy, and operations with precision and professionalism.

Essential Job Functions What You'll Do Serve as the President's primary point of contact for scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination. Maintain a strategic, efficient, and protective calendar, ensuring appropriate pacing and preparation time. Draft and edit professional correspondence, memos, emails, talking points, and presentations. Prepare the President for meetings, media interviews, and public engagements by providing briefings and materials. Manage Board of Trustees logistics, including meetings, travel, documentation, and correspondence. Safeguard confidential information and ensure all communications align with the President's voice and vision. Track and coordinate progress reports on institutional projects and initiatives led by the President's Office. Manage the President's Office budget, purchase orders, and vendor coordination. Support the President with technology and presentation delivery in the office and Board room. Help facilitate the President's acclimation to internal teams and external partners. Maintain a broad understanding of college operations to triage inquiries and guide visitors appropriately. Why Join PCC?

Minimum Training and Experience What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. At least 3 years of experience in a high-level administrative support role, preferably in higher education or a professional setting. Experience with budget management and board logistics preferred Mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with productivity and project management tools is a plus. Ability to manage fast-paced, high-stakes environments with professionalism and calm. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting for executive audiences.
