Human Resources Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our client's Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Dayforce HRIS, strong administrative skills, and a passion for employee engagement and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and complete HR files and documentation. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation scheduling and ID badge coordination. Administer HRIS tasks such as payroll, PTO, leave tracking, and recruitment workflows using Dayforce. Respond to routine HR inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately. Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment coordination. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Qualifications
Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field. 1+ years of HR or office experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS systems (Dayforce preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $46,675
$59,536 annually Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off. Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
