We are seeking a skilled accounting specialist to join our organization. This position is responsible for providing direct support to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, tracking expenditures, and performing analysis of Budget vs Actual.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare Monthly Actual vs Budget reporting for upper management
• Manage the AXT spending approval process including leading meetings and tracking spending
• Maintain sub-ledger and general ledger accounts in AX Dynamics
• Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them and making corrections as needed
• Provide supporting documentation for internal/external auditor requests
• Conduct Balance Sheet & P&L Analytics
• Support the month end close process and maintain schedule
• Support management in the creation of the company Operating Budget and collaborate with management to maintain budget targets
• Support the preparation of the financial reporting package (Monthly Financial Consolidation Packages, KPI Reporting, A3)
• Assist with banking and credit card reconciliations and monthly balance sheet statements
• Manage and lead the AP process to ensure invoices are accurately coded, payments are processed timely, and General Ledger is reconciled
• Assist in the creation of Manufacturing and Project Profit and Loss statements
• Assist in problem resolution in accounts payable and accounts receivable areas
• Assist with completion of quarterly and yearly financial audits
• Assist with the annual and bi-annual physical inventory process
