We’re partnering with a mission-driven organization in Beaverton, OR to find their next HR Generalist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, service-oriented environment and wants to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused setting.

In this role, you’ll support a wide range of HR functions for a team of ~250 employees, with a strong focus on employee relations, benefits, and onboarding. The organization has been serving the community for 100+ years. You’ll work closely with the Director of HR, a supportive team, and a culture rooted in respect and compassion. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, documentation, and HRIS updates (Paycom)
• Administer benefits and compensation programs
• Lead onboarding, orientations, and exit interviews
• Support policy development and compliance
• Occasionally assist with receptionist duties and board meetings

Requirements

• 1+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Experience in nonprofit or healthcare settings is a plus
• Familiarity with Paycom preferred
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and people-focused
• $65K–$75K annual salary
• 10 hours PTO/month (increases with tenure)
• 7 paid holidays + 3 float holidays
