About the Role
The Company is seeking a Banker Team Leader with a focus on managing senior Banker UHNW and HNW professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the existing client business and developing an acquisition strategy for UHNW and HNW target names. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, a proven track record in business growth, and the ability to lead a high-quality team. The Banker Team Leader will be accountable for driving revenue, coaching team members, and ensuring the team meets its revenue goals. Excellent communication skills are essential for influencing a wide range of audiences and for both internal and external negotiations that have a significant impact on the business. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience, with a strong background in private banking, particularly in the UHNW market. The role demands a leader with a solid conceptual and practical grounding in the industry, as well as in-depth knowledge of direct competitors' products and services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a proven ability in relationship selling. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, managing client expectations, and developing tailored financial strategies. The role is pivotal in ensuring the team is aligned with the strategic direction of the business and in fostering long-term client relationships.
