About the Role The Company is seeking an Executive Chief of Staff to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the President, overseeing presidential initiatives, special projects, and the administrative functions of the President's office. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating the President's interactions with senior executive staff, faculty, and various stakeholders. The Executive Chief of Staff will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships, ensuring the President's office operates efficiently, and providing high-level project management. Compliance with academic and administrative policies, as well as strategic planning and problem-solving, are key aspects of the position.
