Positions may be available at Cromwell or Manchester locations in Connecticut, with final placement based on assessment of the candidates strengths and experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs across multiple special education categories. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Conduct ongoing evaluations to identify student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Maintain comprehensive documentation and communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators. Support inclusive classroom environments and advocate for student success and accessibility. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Valid special education teaching certification appropriate for K-12 learners. Experience addressing a broad range of special education needs.
