Key responsibilities include: Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels. Collaborating with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Providing counseling and interventions to support students social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Consulting with staff to promote positive behavioral supports and strategies. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintaining accurate documentation. Assisting with crisis intervention and prevention initiatives. Desired qualifications and experience: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience working within a K-12 school environment. Strong understanding of assessment tools, data interpretation, and IDEA regulations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain confidentiality.
