Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction to early childhood and PreK students with special education needs Provide both inclusive classroom support and individualized pull-out sessions Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement effective IEPs Manage testing, documentation, and administrative tasks associated with special education services Travel between multiple sites, maintaining flexibility and adaptability in different educational environments Desired Qualifications: Valid Arkansas Special Education Teaching License Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students Strong background or preferred experience working with students with autism Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel to multiple locations daily Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively support students, families, and educators Location: Fordyce, AR Early Childhood School and affiliated centers This role provides an excellent opportunity for educators passionate about early intervention and special education to make a meaningful impact.
