A Special Education Teacher position focusing on Early Childhood and Elementary School education is available for the contracted school year. Key Responsibilities: Support and instruct a caseload of approximately 19 students with diverse needs. Collaborate with four paraprofessionals and an additional certified teacher to create an inclusive learning environment. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs. Work alongside related services staff to support student progress. Maintain a consistent daily schedule from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, for a total of 35 hours per week. Qualifications: Must hold a valid Texas State Special Education EC-12 teaching license. Experience working with young learners in special education, especially in Early Childhood settings. Proficient in writing and implementing IEPs.
