Key Responsibilities: Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs. Collaborate effectively with related services staff to ensure comprehensive support for students. Deliver instruction and adapt teaching methods to foster skill development and inclusion. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to positive classroom dynamics. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Texas State License with Special Education EC-12 Endorsement. Demonstrated experience working with early childhood special education students. Proficiency in initiating and managing IEPs and student progress monitoring. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with paraprofessionals and other educators. Comfort and confidence in supporting young learners with diverse needs. Location and Schedule: Position based in Dripping Springs, TX, with a focus on elementary-aged students. Typical working hours are from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, totaling 35 hours per week.
