Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to students across grades K-12, addressing both physical and cognitive challenges. Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and implement interventions tailored to each students needs. Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to promote inclusive learning and maximize student progress. Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and regulations. Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of educational and therapy goals. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license and credentials appropriate for school-based practice. Experience working with children in educational settings, especially K-12, is preferred. Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy techniques and educational accommodations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage caseload efficiently within a school calendar.
