Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to a medically fragile middle school student Assist with daily classroom activities, ensuring safety and engagement Monitor and support health-related needs in coordination with medical plans Facilitate communication between the student, teachers, and medical staff Implement individualized educational and care plans as directed Qualifications and Experience: Experience working as a paraprofessional in school settings, especially with medically fragile or special needs students Ability to follow health care protocols and respond promptly to medical situations Patience, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills Effective communication skills with students, educators, and healthcare providers Commitment to supporting middle school-aged students Location: Position based in Warwick, RI, serving a middle school student Benefits: Full-time contracted role for the current school year Opportunity to make a positive impact on a student's educational and health outcomes This position offers the chance to provide critical daily support to a student requiring specialized assistance.
