Collaborate with general education teachers to implement inclusive teaching strategies. Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students learning goals. Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration. Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment conducive to learning and development. Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification. Experience working in an inclusion classroom environment serving grades K-6. Strong knowledge of special education laws, instructional techniques, and assessment tools. Ability to manage a caseload of students with varying needs. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
