8:30 AM 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs Deliver specialized instruction tailored to support both academic and therapeutic goals Collaborate with related service providers, families, and school staff to support student progress Monitor and assess student development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with educational regulations Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid state certification in Special Education Experience teaching in an elementary special education setting, preferably in a substantially separate or therapeutic classroom environment Strong understanding of evidence-based instructional practices and modifications for diverse learners Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families This contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners who require tailored academic and therapeutic support.
