Maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes student growth and engagement. Participating in team meetings and professional development to stay current on best practices in special education. Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification/license applicable for K-12. Experience teaching students with diverse disabilities and learning profiles. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and families. Ability to create adaptive and inclusive lesson plans aligned with state standards. Patience, creativity, and dedication to supporting student success.
