A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a leave replacement contract in a K-12 school setting in York, Pennsylvania. This position begins on August 25, 2025, and is expected to conclude around November 7, 2025. The caseload includes approximately 50 students split between an elementary and a middle school building.

Responsibilities include: Conducting speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP objectives Providing direct therapy services in both individual and group settings Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to goal development Qualifications and experience required: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also encouraged to apply Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary school team The role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on students communication development in an educational setting, following the academic calendar with full-time hours.
