A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed for a contract position providing maternity leave coverage in a K-12 school setting. This role offers an opportunity to deliver speech and language therapy services to students across all grade levels within an educational environment.

Location: Joliet, IL Duration: School Year (NSY) Contract Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations for students K-12 Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting communication disorders Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate student records in compliance with school policies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to student support plans Qualifications: Current Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working with children and adolescents in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Knowledge of educational laws and special education requirements related to speech therapy This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication development during a critical leave coverage period. Candidates ready to provide focused, student-centered therapy services are encouraged to apply. Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40.
