A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2025/2026 school year to provide services to children ages 3 to 5 at the Early Childhood Center. This contract position runs from mid-August 2025 through late May 2026, following the school calendar. The workday hours are 8:30 AM to 3:40 PM at one site only.

Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children in a school setting Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance communication skills Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support children's development Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, nurturing environment for young learners Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably in school or healthcare settings Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or current SLP licensure/certification in progress Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Passion for early childhood development and helping children build foundational communication skills Location: Granite City, IL This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on early learners communication abilities while working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
