A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve K-12 students in Tracy, CA for the current school year (CSY). Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans targeting specific communication goals Providing direct therapy sessions tailored to address speech and language needs Documenting and monitoring student progress with accuracy and consistency Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, counselors, and other specialists Educating and engaging families to support therapeutic gains outside the clinical setting Qualifications desired for this role: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment Candidates must hold an active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology and possess (or be in progress of obtaining) their Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
