A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide essential speech and language support to K-12 students in a contract role lasting the full school year. This position is located in Baltimore, MD, and focuses on helping students improve communication skills to support their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals. Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across grades K-12. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress notes and IEP reports. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional expertise. Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in school-based settings. Desired Qualifications: Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 educational environment. Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and appropriate intervention strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and educators. Ability to manage caseload and maintain detailed records in compliance with educational standards. Commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering inclusive learning environments.
