A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the full school year at a K-12 educational setting in Parsippany, NJ. Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student behavioral challenges and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies. Provide ongoing supervision and training to paraprofessionals and support personnel. Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting interventions as necessary. Facilitate parent and staff meetings to support student success and promote positive behavioral outcomes. Qualifications: Current BCBA certification and licensure. Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in school settings. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain detailed, accurate records. Location: Parsippany, New Jersey, with service areas including Randolph, Morristown, and communities within approximately 35 miles north of Jersey City.
