Developing and adapting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student needs and compliance standards. Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies to ensure educational and behavioral goals are met. Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including families and school personnel, to foster a supportive learning atmosphere. Qualifications and desired experience: Valid teaching certification in Special Education at the high school level. Experience working with students who have social emotional challenges. Ability to collaborate effectively with behavioral specialists and support staff. Strong organizational and communication skills.
