This role focuses on supporting students with social-emotional needs and involves close collaboration with Behavioral Registered Technicians (RBTs) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized instruction and support for students with social-emotional challenges, managing a caseload of approximately six students. Collaborate with RBTs in the classroom to implement behavior plans and strategies. Work alongside a BCBA to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Develop and modify Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet student needs. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote a positive learning environment. Qualifications: Valid teaching certification with special education endorsement. Experience working in a high school setting, preferably with social-emotional caseloads. Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and collaboration with behavioral specialists. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
