A school psychologist is needed for a full academic year contract at an elementary school located in Elkhorn, NE. This role involves supporting a diverse student population of approximately 350 students by providing comprehensive psychological evaluations and behavior plans in accordance with Nebraska Rule 51 covering all 13 disability categories.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations including cognitive, academic, and behavior rating scales. Develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with school staff to support students requiring assessments and interventions. Lead Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, including writing MDT reports. Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as necessary. Manage a caseload of students across all disability categories needing psychological services. Qualifications & Experience: Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience working with elementary-aged children. Proficiency in conducting educational, cognitive, and behavioral assessments. Knowledge of Nebraska Rule 51 and special education processes. Strong communication and documentation skills to accurately prepare reports and collaborate with educators. Work Schedule: August 2025 through May 2026 school year contract. Typical hours are 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, with occasional before or after school MDT or IEP meetings.
