A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-12 educational setting located in Warren, MI. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload spanning early childhood to high school students. The position is contract-based for the school year, with flexible scheduling options available, including part-time consideration for up to 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language services to students aged 3-5 during walk-in speech sessions Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students, primarily in middle and high school levels (subject to change) Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school environment Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology Strong understanding of healthcare protocols relevant to speech therapy Ability to work effectively with children across varying age groups and needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Location: Warren, Michigan Benefits of this role include engagement in a dynamic educational setting and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development.
