Role Overview: You will manage a caseload of approximately 28 students, delivering individualized speech and language therapy tailored to each students unique needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans Deliver direct therapy services to students across grades K-12, with a focus on elementary-aged learners Collaborate with educators to implement accommodations and modifications in the classroom Monitor and document student progress, adapting interventions as needed Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting Provide resources and support to parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Possession of or eligibility for a valid state SLP license Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Knowledge of IEP processes and applicable educational regulations Location: Endicott, New York a picturesque Upstate New York community well suited for professionals seeking a rewarding school-based role.
