Responsibilities Provide escalated support for servers, workstations, and network systems Troubleshoot Azure, M365, and application issues, including email and authentication Administer firewalls, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs Manage Azure Entra ID, Intune, and VDI environments Maintain VMware and Hyper-V virtual infrastructure Configure and support Dell and SonicWall hardware, plus network switches Document system environments and implement IT best practices Recommend and implement infrastructure improvements
Required Experience
MSP experience required Windows Server versions 2012-2022, Azure, and M365 administration Azure Entra ID and Intune management Firewalls, switches, VLAN, DNS, DHCP configuration VMware ESXi and/or Hyper-V experience Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Certification Reimbursement Performance Bonus
