Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lodi, California. This is a Contract to permanent position designed for an individual who excels in administrative tasks and office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to support daily office activities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain administrative workflows, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Answer and direct inbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service.
Perform data entry tasks with precision to keep records and databases up to date.
Serve as the first point of contact by handling receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
Assist with general office operations, including organizing files and maintaining supplies.
Support team members with various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Handle basic financial tasks, such as processing checks using QuickBooks, if needed.
Coordinate schedules and appointments to facilitate efficient time management.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.
Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong proficiency in data entry and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to handle receptionist duties, including managing inquiries and greeting visitors.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or willingness to learn basic financial processing tasks.
Competence in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
