High School Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction in a self-contained classroom environment. Co-instruct math curriculum, adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs. Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals. Manage cases effectively, maintaining accurate documentation and communication with stakeholders. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to provide an inclusive learning experience. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in Special Education. Experience working in high school settings preferred. Proficiency in writing and managing IEPs. Strong knowledge of special education laws, procedures, and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
