Setting: K-12 School with 2 buildings Schedule: 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week Duration: School Year Contract (NSY) Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to a mixed caseload of approximately 35-40 students spanning Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) through 4th grade and high school. Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to pediatric and school-aged populations. Collaborate with building principals and the Director of Special Services to align therapy goals with overall student needs and school initiatives. Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and compliance with Missouri state educational standards. Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and school staff collaboration. Desired Qualifications: Certification: Current Missouri Speech-Language Pathology license and certification (SLP Missouri Cert). Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings, including ECSE through high school students. Familiarity with teletherapy methods is a plus but not required. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and deliver therapies in person within a school district. Compliance with state regulations and IEP procedures.
