An exciting opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across two school buildings serving grades ECSE through 4th grade and high school. This position offers a diverse caseload of approximately 35-40 students within a K-12 educational environment in Republic, MO.

Key qualifications and experience include: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with Missouri licensure Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school settings are highly valued Ability to effectively manage a mixed caseload involving early childhood through high school age groups This contract role follows the traditional school calendar (NSY) and entails working 7.5 hours a day, five days per week. The SLP will report directly to the Building Principals and the Director of Special Services, collaborating closely to support student needs and progress. Responsibilities include: Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges Providing direct therapy and teletherapy services as appropriate Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care Maintaining detailed records and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of intervention strategies This role offers an opportunity to impact student communication skills across a broad age range in a supportive educational setting.
