Key Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credential, preferably CCC-certified, or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) licensure. Experience in pediatric healthcare and school-based speech therapy services. Familiarity with teletherapy methods to deliver remote speech-language services. For SLP candidates: completion or during Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered. Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans for students across K-12 grade levels. Location: Based in Anoka, MN, serving a diverse K-12 student population. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations. Develop and provide targeted therapy sessions in person and via teletherapy. Collaborate closely with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to therapy goals and outcomes. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student educational planning.
