Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing across K-12 grade levels. Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective educational strategies and accommodations. Conduct assessments and monitor student progress to ensure achievement of IEP goals. Provide consultative support regarding hearing technology and communication methods. Facilitate communication and advocate for students within the school environment to promote inclusion. Desired Qualifications: Certification in Teaching Students who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing or related credentials. Experience working with K-12 Deaf and Hard of Hearing populations. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in various communication modalities. Ability to travel regularly between campuses within the district. Commitment to in-person instruction and student engagement. Location: Position is based in Gillette, Wyoming, with travel required between district campuses.
