Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings Deliver targeted therapy sessions to improve communication skills and meet specific speech-language goals Monitor, document, and track patient progress with detailed and accurate records Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care Engage families in the therapy process, providing education and support to enhance outcomes Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure within California Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, including Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates Experience in school or pediatric settings highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Requirements: Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in California or eligibility to obtain licensure Possession or commitment to obtaining a Masters Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology This role offers access to an experienced advisory team comprised of licensed SLPs within your state, providing ongoing professional support throughout your contract.
