Autism Program Teacher
to lead a center-based classroom serving
elementary students
with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This is a
full-time, school-year position

Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals
Develop routines, visuals, and individualized supports that promote communication, social development, and independence
Partner with paraprofessionals, related service staff, and families to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach
Monitor progress closely and adjust interventions based on student needs
Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment
What You Bring: A valid
Minnesota teaching license in Special Education
(required)
Previous experience working with students with ASD is highly valued
A calm, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
Knowledge of autism-specific supports, including sensory needs, communication devices, and behavior intervention strategies
