A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students within a K-12 educational setting in Columbia, MD. This role offers the chance to provide impactful behavioral support and intervention to a diverse caseload across early childhood to young adult learners.

Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Provide training and consultation to educators and staff on behavior management strategies. Collect and analyze data to measure effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans accordingly. Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to state and federal guidelines. Qualifications: Current BCBA certification with a valid license according to state requirements. Experience working with students ages 3-21 within a school or educational environment. Strong ability to assess complex behavioral needs and develop appropriate strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with school teams and families. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 20 students. Position Details: Location: Columbia, MD Setting: Single school campus, K-12 Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday Contract duration: Non-school year (NSY) This position offers meaningful work supporting students behavioral growth in a structured educational setting.
