A licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for a K-12 educational setting to support students aged 3-21. This contract position offers a structured 35-hour workweek from Monday to Friday at a single campus location.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student progress Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior analytic principles and strategies Monitor and analyze student outcomes to ensure effectiveness of interventions Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to meet compliance standards Qualifications and Experience: Current BCBA certification required Experience working with diverse age groups from early childhood through young adulthood Background in educational settings preferred, especially K-12 schools Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, families, and staff Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 20 students with varied behavioral needs Schedule and Location: Position based in Nottingham, MD Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week One campus location serving students in grades K-12 This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student development by applying behavior analytic expertise within an inclusive school environment.
